A Tariff of the dues and duties payable at the Customs stations at Fo-t'ou-chou, Chi-shui-mên, and Chang-chou, and other places, shall be published by the Super- intendent of Customs, in order that complaints of excessive or unauthorized levies on vessels and cargo made to the Hong Kong Government may be more easily and satis- factorily verified.
